Namely simple and basic, medium definition or high definition. The more sophisticated and complex the illustrations the longer it will take me to complete, which means it will cost you more. For example, a simple illustration may take 5 hours from scratch to completion, but a high definition or digital type could take as long as 12 hours.
The more illustrations you decide upon the longer it will take me to complete and add more to the cost of your project. To create illustrations requires me to develop the composition from blank to completion and this can take a long time. So, it is important to be realistic about how much detail you want in each illustration.
This is critical. Again you need to be realistic, namely if you want to spend less than a £1000.00 on 10 illustrations, I must calculate how many hours it will take me to completing the project and what illustrative style I can fit within your budget. For example, if you are looking for simple then I know I can complete up to 12 illustrations but if you want high definition, I will only be able to complete up to 5. So having n idea of how much you want to spend is extremely helpful to ensure you get want you want within a limited budget.
It is aways useful for me to have a clear understanding to when you are looking for the project to be completed. Realistically the timescale for a project can range from 6 weeks to 6 months, depending on the complexity of your project.
Once I create the artwork I own the copyright of the images. However, when the project is completed and the balance of money is paid in full I transfer the copyright to you by issuing a Copyright Transfer Certificate so that I am no longer entitled to royalties or other copyright rights.
